Checked the site to see there's now a 'My O2' app available...oh wait....only available for iOS & Android. When are carriers & app providers going to wake up to the fact that Blackberry exists. Why no app for BB OS7 & OS10?

Until O2 release an app for BB10 there are two alternatives to help you keep on top of your allowances and get additional help / support.
Easy option: go to the default O2 homepage through your browser and navigate to My O2. By no means as beautiful as the app, but does the same thing.
Advanced Option: look up "install blackberry 10 .BAR files".
There is a bit of leg work involved in this route, but once you have the basics its easy to install a load of Android apps and have a "near" perfect experience.
I know both the last version and the current version of "My O2" work this way.
Hope this helps, just a little.

Thanks for the reply, but I'm not that keen on sideloading apps, would rather just get them from Blackberry World.
I think my main beef is that whenever a new app is released BB are never considered, always just iOS & Android versions released.

I have a Z10 and would love to use it as my main phone but my main issue is I can not showcase O2's range of apps on a phone where they simply do not exist, plus the apps I love to use day in day out such as Google Music, Instagram (yes I am one of those), Flipboard etc.
I can see the logic behind them not being in a rush due to these platforms not being the best selling, but in my eyes it is catch 22, unless the support is there, people think twice before trying something new.
