Hi I placed an order on 3rd October For a few items. It did 4 weeks or more for delivery,  it's almost 7 weeks and nothing has been delivered .

Looks like you should contact the sales team they can help with that – message them on Social Media if yo can - on Facebook  (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) ,

 Instagram  (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

 

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255, free from any phone or landline

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
