Hi

I've added this as an extra as part of upgrade. I followed all the instructions and it's says I've not activated it but I have. I've tried to explain this on o2 chat but it's hard to explain, I've taken a screenshot of what I'm on about but can't attach it on here or o2 chat.

Has anyone else had this problem, how can I send the screenshot?

It will keep reminding you to activate for the first month even after you have activated it.

All extras are the same.

@MI5 it did that last month. It was removed from my account because I didn't activate it apparently, even though I did.
