I have a £5 a month phone insurance for accidental damage how do I cancel this

You need to call customer service to cancel but getting through is difficult right now Guide: How to find help & contact O2

You would need to call customer services.
Best time normally is 8-8:30am, but they are experiencing lots of calls given the current situation so you might need to be patient.
