This message looks like a scam to me.
I suspect it isn't, but how would a customer be expected to know this?
There is nothing in this message as far as I can tell, that verifies it as being genuinely from o2.

mmn....with a link like that it would look like a scam until you get to the last two words, O2 More! It is a genuine text but is indeed terrible practice to include an outside link.

Putting the text "o2 more" in the message in no way confirms that it's genuine. This appallingly unsafe.
