The easiest way is a group text but keep the number of contacts in each text to 5 or less to avoid conversion to expensive MMS or send over Whatsapp, Messenger, iMessage etc as appropriate.

By the time you have informed those who have social media via wifi, there probably won't be many contacts left to inform. Don't forget to tell your doctor, hospital or any official bodies.
