I am in absolute need of help. I need to change the address on my account but I can find nowhere on this poxy website in which to do that ? I've looked everywhere it's probably really simple, But it's proving the most difficuilt.

The poxy website allows you to do this very easily...
1) Login to MyO2
2) Click on the account you want to change the address for
3) In the left hand column, click on My Details
4) Press the Change Address button
Hope this helps
As Bandofbrothers says though, if you have any difficulty changing your address in MyO2 call Customer Services

Thank you, But I refer to it as poxy as those options are no where to be seen on my o2 page, I'll just ring tomorrow thank you for your help

Okay, so after you login to My O2, do you see the following screen?
What are you then clicking on?
If you click on Pay Monthly you will be taken to the next screen:
Under My O2 Products, click on Pay Monthly Mobile and you should then get into MyO2 proper where you will see the menu options in my previous post.
I am assuming that the PAYG version is much the same if thats what you use?
if you're not seeing this, where does this process change for you? What are you seeing after you login to MyO2?

The process is not the same for P&G customers (like me); seems it is not possible via web page; this is the "next screen":
