Extras activation error

Help I upgraded my phone and contract yesterday and got the Disney+ extra but when I follow the link it takes me to and error page that says 404 error page can’t be found. What do I do?

There have been problems with redemption of O2 Disney+ Extras recently, you may be better off contacting O2 on Social Media using one of the three links below this message, @Jenny84.. Normally, this is how it should work: Guide: Adding and removing O2 Extras
