Email about being charged for cancelling Disney+

I got this email:

Dear customer

We have restricted your account because we encountered an error while renewing your subscription.

Your account will be terminated within 3 days and you will be charged a closing fee of 9.99€.

Once your information is updated, your account will be reinstated and you will be able to continue using our services freely.

I am wondering if this is a phishing scam or is actually going to happen.

Definitely a scam after your bank details

Ignore it and don't give any details

The email address and the fact that it is asking for Euros are a dead giveaway
