How long has everyone had to chase o3 to fix Apple Watch esim issues? 202 don’t have a clue, online chat don’t have a clue and, whilst the o2 community seem to at least try, you still end up a the same dead end…paying £5/month but not receiving the service you pay for.

It's been an issue since at least last October so there's not much hope.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
