I signed up for 6 months free Disney+ but I am being charged. As it’s a 6 month trial I don’t get the option to “manage” it! I have had trouble trying to contact O2 either by phone or online chat - no one is available. Any suggestions?

I'm on my third free Disney+ so you can renew and have more than one free period.

If you activated the free trial correctly Guide: Adding and removing O2 Extras  there is obviously an error on your account, so you will have to contact O2 to resolve it I'm afraid.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Have you had a previous subscription to Disney+ at all under the same email address, as you cant have another trial.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
