I have a monthly subscription to Disney plus which I pay monthly,when I now go on the app it won’t let me watch anything unless I subscribe?gave tried deleting the app but makes no difference

Has your free period expired? Disney was given for 3 or 6 months. If you are still in the free period then you need to give O2 a call on any number in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
