I was offered DISNEY3 free for 3 months, I text it to the number provided. When I checked my account I found it in my extras, and was instructed to activate it, but when I tap on activate it says error, tried to ring a number of times but no response???

There are lots and LOTS of people having the same issues @Terry078.

o2 know about the problem and are investigating it, but we don't know anything else.

Try messaging o2 on social media on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
