As long as the phone you ordered was in stock, I doubt you will hear anything until Tuesday at the earliest. (Easter/Covid19 shutdown)

i ordered a new ipad, and was given details that it would be delivered on tuesday, all the paperwork arrived so now issues. This morning i got a text saying delivery would be delayed until new stock had been "ordered". As this is of no use to me if its going to be delayed i logged on to My O2 to cancel it. But it says i have nothing on order, how can i cancel it if its not there.

It wont show in your My O2 until you receive it. The only way of cancelling is to call O2 Guide: How to find help & contact O2
Or return it under the 14 day change of mind policy.
