I am currently having trouble securing a mortgage and have now sent two e-mails to 'creditfilereferral@o2.com' in a week. I know it seems to take longer for people but I need to accelrate the process as the housing association may offer the flat to someone else.
The reason for my mortgage issue is an erroneous creditfile report from Callcredit who claim I'm five months in arrears with o2. I'm not, no-one has contacted me about it and I'm happily paying my bill and using the service to this day.
I need this sorted asap but haven't even had an automated response from o2 to the issue. Can somone out there help please??
