Why is so hard to contact O2? I want to send an email, not write a letter or wait until 5am when the chat/phone lines open.
I can't see an answer on FAQs (when you can finally navigate the different threads and windows! A leading UK communications company should be contactable via email shouldn't they...?
Maybe I was wrong to come back to O2...
