Combi Sim?

Anonymous
Not applicable

hello again

i sent O2 an email with the suggestion of a combi sim that is white with a blue "O2" logo, as in ireland (republic of) they have such sim cards and they look really nice compared to the Uk ones.  Do you think it is a good idea?  How likely do you thinkit is that O2 will make these?

I don't really understand why the design of the sim card is important?

But yeah, I'm pretty sure I had a white one with blue O2 on prepay years ago.

Unless you have a see-through phone I don't really see what difference it makes

I just think it is time for a cleaner look and less of the water, since O2 is oxygen after all

Haha glad I'm not the only one who has an issue with the apparent confusion in adverts between O2 and H2O:D

Just for refrence though "O" is oxygen which is different from "O2" wink
Main issues I see currently;

•live chat- unlikely worth the amount they pay

•these forums- need to be promoted more of a source of help. Give account access to some members who can help.(or hire some)

•priority moments - more input from customers as to what they want to see.

•website- dead links and no continuity at all.

•highlight and retrain some CS staff.

•readdress what the shops can do. Seeing as they're public facing, they're rather useless and can be incredibally rude. Not what you expect from staff.

•lack of paychecks for the long term helpers on here;)

Colour schemes can take a back seat for now:)

Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you’re wrong. So Ive been told wink

Apart from that, anything else......?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

I'm sure I can carry on grin

•almost pointless CS contact via email.

•still using twitter as a type of CS

•lack of unlimited data (even for a premium)

•3G coverage is not complete

•should be some form of webform to submit mast errors. Rather than clogging phone lines with issues they cannot resolve.

im sure I can continue the list of things to improve before the sims are rebranded grin
