Change address so I can order a new phone, my old is broken, so I cant get a verification code

Hello, I have broken my phone and have ordered a new one from a sight called affordable mobiles, only, they cant send me the device, because my personal details are still registered at our old address, Could you send the verification code to my email? Thank you for your time.

The code is sent to a mobile number, can you not put the sim card in a different phone for the period of the sms been sent.. 

If not then you will need to call customer services on 0344 809 0202
