My SIM has been sent to the wrong address twice, and I've now ran out of time on my phone to call and have them resend it. I also do not have access to ID, so I cannot go in store to ask for a new one. What can I do? The only way I can get them to resend it is to call...but I can't call...I also can't change what they mistakenly put down as my address, so I can't order a new one, because the address is wrong and needs a phone to accept the verification code...but the code won't come through.
Is there a way to get the code sent to my email instead?
