I'm looking to cancel my insurance Bolt On, but there is no option to do this through MyO2 , and I was recommended through the forum and chat bot to call 202. Once I told the robot on the helpline I wanted to cancel my insurance I was told this was not an urgent issue, and they were only dealing with urgent issues, so it hung up on me.
Does anyone know the solution? It seems to me like I'd have to pretend to have an urgent issue until I am put through to a human.

That's correct the only way you can cancel is over the phone or in-store while doing an upgrade to new handset or sim only.
Sorry, you are having difficulty getting through when asked what is the reason you are calling, say Speak to Someone. Hopefully, that will put you through.
All conversations on our webchat are recorded so we will be able to see you trying to cancel your insurance. Please give 202 a ring it is only 202 that can cancel your insurance if you want to do it from home.
