Hello all.
I have tried online to cancel an extra I do not require anymore (as I subscribe to it on a full package elsewhere). Prime Video extra (I already have full prime membership). I have tried to follow the guidelines someone else provided. (Go to extras, scroll, click, cancel etc). This option does not seem to be on my list, even though I am paying for an extra I no longer require.
I have tried calling o2, after 30 minutes on hold x 2, I gave up. Tried virtual assistant, keeps bringing me to this forum.
Please help.

You need to contact O2.
