Evening,how do I order a boostbox?

 

since tugo ended I simply cannot receive or make calls in my house,I cannot find anything regarding boostboxes except for business customers.

They are generally only available to business customers.
Call customer services on 202 to enquire about one, but they may insist you switch to a business account.

Some who have made complaints have been offered boost boxes and been switched over to a business contract. It all depends on who deals with the complaint.
Give it a go, you have nothing to lose.

You will have to call as there is no email for customer service but you may get a good advisor who will sort it all out for you

If you scroll down the page you can see the complaints link. You can contact them by email and the address is on there. 

The link for Resolver is on there too. Again you can do it online.

O2 hasn't used email for many years. Very 21st Century. Great for a communications company.Bang

The only email there is now is for complaints.

So far, (since they  removed Tu) we have heard of people getting boost boxes

1) Free

2) £70

3) £90

4) 180

And the latest was a bigger model that the op paid £240 for.

So no consistency with pricing but they are available...
