A Question about upgrading to the "o2 refresh"

So i have a few questions

1. Once i pay the 181 they want am i free to get whatever phone i want

2. Do i have to give back my old phone

3. Does it add another 24 months onto my contract

4. Can i get a new phone then and there

1. Yes you can get any phone you like

2Your old phone is yours to do with as you wish

3.You start another 2 year contract

4.You get your new phone as soon as you order it, stock permitting
