Hi @Anonymous Many threads about this number who claim to be O2. You would be well advised to block them. Certainly do not take out a contract with them...

Thank you I have blocked it.
I do my upgrades online myself. I never call o2 or vice versa.
They were very pushy & sounded desperate to get me to go ahead. I thought it was strange seeing as I've been with 02 17 years & barely had any calls from then

You did the right thing. Sadly some firms will always manage to get hold of your number and try and sell you a contract. These usually turn out to be for business and not personal use...and ultimately cost more

I always do my own upgrades as well ..:smileywink:

The biggest problem is that they tie you into a business account and your consumer rights are vastly reduced with almost no way of cancelling. You did the right thing but sadly many don't.
