wap and mms settings for blackberry Z10

i am having difficulties getting the settings for my blackberry z10, i have looked on the o2 site and also txt 2020 but havnt had any luck

Hi.

Usually when you first insert the O2 SIM card you should then receive the settings via text message.

You may also need to contact O2 Customer Services to have your account provisioned for MMS.

O2 Customer Services.

202 for Contract. 4445 for PAYG.

Follow these steps:

Settings > Network Connections >Mobile Network > APN (botom of the screen with a cogwheel above it).

Access Point Name(APN): mobile.o2.co.uk

User name: o2web

Password: password
