o2 Won`t give me my money back !

o2 (Mobile Contract) took about £85 from my account after the contract has been finished!!! Absolute Rubbish Customer Service. I STILL WAITING 14 DAYS FOR MY MONEY BACK !!! I had to speak to FIVE people ! RUBBISH SERVICE AND SUPPORT !

Hello and welcome to the Community. We are all customers here.

When you decided to end your contract did you call o2 on 202 to give notice?

Your contract, after the (usual) 2 year period doesn't end, your tariff will continue on a month by month basis on the same terms.

So when did you ask CS to cancel the contract and when did o2 actually cancel it?

I am trying to ascertain if you thought the contract was cancelled on one date but o2 continued to charge you line rental for a period after?

Or did you cancel your contract before the 2 years were up?

Please can you help us to help you. Please could you provide more detail I.e. answer the questions raised so we can understand your frustrations.
