Solved: error code 80004005 on htc s8

Hi people, My name is Emilia and looking for a answer for my problem. So let me just start. I have Htc s8 and about from 2 weeks I can't connect and download my emails. When I trying synchronized is this error message code 80004005. I tried everything, reset phone, deleted and add again o2 mail account, all settings looks ok and I have NO ideas what is wrong. So please help me to resolve this annoying problem.

O2 email has closed down.... This may explain your problem.

But now I have another problem. I didn't know that o2 emails are closing down by 1 November and unfortunately i didn't transfer my all contacts and the rest of my emails to a new one. Yesterday I tried to do that and I couldn't, so is any chance I could get my all email back from o2 and transfer them now?

Unfortunately I think not. Once the account has been deleted it's gone forever..... So many people in your situation sadly 😞

The only chance is if you're an O2 Broadband customer as their email should still be working and could have been turned off by mistake.
