Very bad experience with o2

Just bought new phone Alcatel 1b few days ago it's have battery issu which is keep over heating and drain so fast.want to arrange return try to call customer service Past three hrs .when ever I connect to some one asking me for all detail and put me hold for other department and after line droped and then I have to repeat same process since morning I have talk to at least 15 members they all just transfering to each other and keep holding and on the end line drop .

Is there any other way to return phone ?I bought it online can I take it to O2 store?

Must be returned via the same route that you bought it.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
