Dear concern
I tried to order new phone on contract as O2 has taken the upfront of £30 and received a email that we'll be in touch after 24 hours and it's almost 4-5 days I haven't received any confirmation yet

Your best bet is to call the Sales Team on 0800 081 0255
Also note o2 dont have your money, your bank have put it to one side, pending completion , and if you are not accepted then it will go back into your available funds between 24hrs and 14days later depending on your bank, there is nothing o2 can do to influence this.
