Unblocking my phone for use in Sweden

Anonymous
Not applicable

I have been an O2 customer all of my 'mobile phone' life, and have just moved to Sweden, taking my Blackberry Handset with me. I can't put a Swedish SIM in it as it is locked to O2.... does anyone know how to unblock it?! I have a pay as you go O2 SIM for when I visit the UK in the future, but I can't use that permenently here as its too expensive and I need a Swedish number for here.

Thank you!!

Ok, I've just filled out that form- the reply said someone will get back to me in the next 28 days?! Are they likely to be quick or should I just go and buy myself a cheap handset in the mean time?!

Usually its 4-5 days, never known it be longer than a week. You will get an email with your unlock code and instructions which you need to follow carefully to avoid doing any permanent damage to the phone.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
