Swapping from Lumia 635 to 650 - can't insert SIM

I've just upgraded from a Lumia 635 to Lumia 650, and the old SIM doesn't appear to fit.  Am I being thick or has anyone else had this problem?

635 - Micro, 650 - Nano

@Anonymous Does your sim have perforations? If so you can pop the nano sim out. If not, as @MI5 says you can go in store and get a nano sim and they will swap your account onto it.

I think you need a nano sim.
Call into any o2 shop and they will swap it for free.

That will depend how old the sim card is.
Most new ones these days are triple sims but this is a fairly recent introduction.

That's why I asked the OP if the sim had perforations. If it does, it saves a trip to the O2 store.:smileywink:

Edit: @Anonymous If your sim was in the 635 it was a Micro sim.

No it doesn't have perforations, looks like a trip to the store which somewhat defeats the object of upgrading on line.  Thank you.

Make sure you're not trying to fit it in the sd card slot.

Did they not send a new sim with the phone?

No, no new SIM.  I might try ringing them in the morning.  Thanks for your help.
