Hi how can I get an phone conversation saved that's happend in the past week ? My boss want to listen to it as I'm being bullied in work and the phone conversation tells all about other person talking bad at me !! Please help

Unfortunately that isn't possible.
O2 do not record or store phone conversations.
The only way to do it is for you to instal an app on your phone that gives you the ability to record if it happens again in the future.
