Recently got my Nokia 820. Had a problem with not charging on the pad, which O2 promptly fixed.
However, the day I received it back I did the "bending forward with the phone in my shirt pocket trick"...phone slid out and I cracked the screen.
No insurance. How much will O2 charge to replace the screen?

How did you pay for it, if it's on Pay and Go and you used your credit card it may be covered by the card company depending on how long you have had it?
In December Nokia were saying they didn't have the screens in yet.

Thanks for the info.
I think my card might cover it.
Still...any idea of what it might cost and where I can find out whether the screens are available, please?

From reading a couple of forums it seems the cost is around £50-60.
