In message settings there will be a line that says "MMS Profile" check it is O2MMS that is set.

Choose your account type here and type in manually http://mobileguide.o2.co.uk/devices/device.jsp?deviceId=680&tab=8 or try texting "active" to 2020 then save and apply the settings. Remember to reboot phone after any changes.

Not applicable

Send an MMS to yourself now that you have changed the settings and see if it sends and receives okay.

After installing you should have the option to apply the settings? You also need to reboot the phone for the settings to take effect. Any messages already sent may not work and you might have to get it sent again. Also make sure you have your data connection turned on and that you have a data signal.

Yes or you can send yourself one. Just send it to your phone number.
