Lumia 550 map not working

Hi

The map option is not working at the moment.

When I type in an address, it says

"we can't find brixton station

try connecting to the internet. To search while offline,download a map of the area"

I tried to find an email address I can email to, but can't find any.

I am worried that when I turn on the mobile data, it will incur charges.

How do I turn on location in settings?

@RM19894 Your phone does have WiFi. If you don't have it at home, find somewhere that offers free WiFi to download your maps (like McDonalds or Costa Coffee), which will save any mobile data charges. Then follow the instructions in the link above.

My data was turned off before and I could still get the map to work.

I am confuse to why it has stopped working.
