Received my new Lumia 1020 today and according to the Nokia website, I should be able to claim a free camera grip via nokia.ly/cameragrip - however, I am getting "This IMEI number is invalid or has already been used" when I enter my details. I've double checked my IMEI both on the handset and the box and am entering it correctly.
I have emailed Nokia via the address supplied on the promotion page, just wondering if any other new Lumia 1020 owners have had any success? Could this be an issue with the 64gb handset which is exclusive to O2?

Whatever they say...it still smacks of a blatant advertising ploy... Disgraceful

Well hallelujah. My grip turned up on the 18th, only 3.5 months after I first applied.
However I was in Singapore at the time where I wanted my grip for in the first place and got it when I arrived back last night.

Patience has certainly paid off albeit a little late for your requirements now. Let's hope you can put it to good use in the future.:smileysad:

HI, i had the same problem with my Nokia 1020 offer - there is a contact number for Nokia that you need to phone to give them your IMEI number - they will then add it to the database so you can claim it online. The number to call is 08444 096620. This is affecting several customers and Nokia are aware of the issue.
Hope this helps.
