Deleting e-mails on Nokia 300 also deletes them on my home computer - solution?

If I delete an e-mail on my Nokia 300 it is also deleted on my home computer, which I don't want.  Is there a sensible way to get round this without consigning the messages to trash and then back to my computer in-box?  Cheers!   Smiley Frustrated

Go into your email settings on the phone and make sure that 'delete from server'is unticked. You might also have this option on your pop or imap settings on your PC.
