Blackberry update

Can anybody from O2 tech tell me and everybody else with a BB10 phone when the latest update will be released from 10.3.1.xxxx to 10.3.2.xxxx or if O2 will not release a update.

Well O2 say it is so the customer gets the best possible experience with an update that has been tested to fully support the phone and the O2 added extras. Hopefully it will be rolled out soon.

There are no O2 added extras for BlackBerry. They do not develop or release apps for BlackBerry. The My O2 app is an Android version available for BlackBerry devices from the Amazon App store. My device is not locked to O2 it is sim free so I will simply take my custom elsewhere. Sick and tired of O2, their lack of clarity and god awful customer service.
