Twice now I have tried to buy a device from o2 on separate occasions and both times, after the longwinded contracts etc...they DO NOT send me the correct link to confirm the agreement and complete my purchase. They either do not complete the sale correctly, or delete a process, so I can't do a very simple action of buying from o2. Even when I make the purchase over the phone, the result is the same. At the end, I am signed into my account, yet the website says 'account is already in use, please enter a different mobile number for a six digit code???'
Does anyone know a complaints phone number or email please. This is poor incompetence and the website is always faulty for some reason. I think enough is enough.
