O2 App no longer works on BlackBerry yet they soon put you on a 24 month contract for BB device. Rarely and on-line chat staff to discuss problems with. Never answer letters. Advertise free upgrade if contract finishes before April 2017 yet when you look further into the offer it is only for certain makes/models as if O2 are getting something in their back pocket from the likes of Apple. Got to get away from this network asap!
