Have you checked in My O2 to make sure you have the correct PUK? It should be a 8 digit number.

Possibly check here too : http://www.o2.co.uk/apps/getPUK/welcome

It's important you have the correct one for the final attempt otherwise it's a new sim card. The O2 store may also help but they will also supply a new sim free and transfer your number over if necessary.

Live chat and customer service are also an option.

Is it just me or does anyone else think that list needs updating? I mean nothing mentioned about LG, HTC, Google, Windows or Apple devices? I know there are probably too many to mention now but the list itself is very outdated. I mean what the heck is a Trium phone? How many of us own a Panasonic or Sharp mobile?  wink

I know it's not that important if you can get it simply by putting in your mobile number...but even so.....?

....my second ever phone was a Trium on Vodaphone wink

I agree. It's always been a no brainier for me. Find a phone, enter the pin I correct 3 times, go to the website and get the PUK...Away you go!

Good point @jonsie perhaps this security hole that can compromise users needs to be removed from the website in double quick time @Toby

Assuming you know the phone number of the sim you've found.
