top up but no reward

i bought £20 credit sim and 2 times i top up my mobile . but i didn,t get any rewards

O2 Rewards ~ 10% back on Top Up and how it works.

And you do need to opt in via ; "To join, text REWARD to 50202, or call 313 free from your mobile and start earning today. We'll send you a text message to confirm you've joined."

Alternatively if you mean by "Rewards", the allowance of minutes and texts & Data then you need to check in your Myo2 to see which tariff your on and choose one there or dial 2202.
