Hi, I've received spam email purporting to be from O2. It's saying I have an unread message, and suggests I click on a link. I know it's not from O2 because it addresses me as 'Dear Customer', whereas O2 would address me by name.
Can I forward it on to anyone at O2? Does anyone investigate it?
Thank you in advance, Naterbox

I do not think o2 will investigat this but any phishing email can be sent to https://reportlite.actionfraud.police.uk/ follow the next button on that page
Taken from the page
This reporting tool is only if you have experienced phishing or malware approaches but have not lost any money or exposed your personal details.

I am pretty sure if you call Customer Services there is a process they can follow if the email is pretending to be from O2.

Success! The email address is: phishing@o2.com.
Thank you everyone who's replied to my query. I ALWAYS report spam/phishing emails to te relevant company, and so far have 2 pages of addresses. I like to think I've help stop some scammers in their tracks. It's surprising how many people want to give me money in exchange for my bank account details etc. Unfortunately for them they ALL get reported to the police.
