So who thinks this short clip, shared here months ago (uploaded to YouTube in June-2020 to make sharing it here possible), merits the response from YouTube shown appended below the video?
And the e-mail I received about it today:
I have appealed - I'd love to see the logic behind YouTube's restriction... and I thought the alliteration in my title was simply wonderful, if that's the reason it got flagged!

I got exactly the same email yesterday for a 10 second video that I had uploaded in April 2017
It was my injured leg after the motor cycle accident which I won't post here

It looks as if YouTube have caught themselves on - I received this at about 17:30 today, in response to my appealing the decision they made earlier to restrict access to those over 18:
