Your photo of the beach looking toward the Mussenden Temple is very atmospheric

I am a beach comber ... love bringing home 'found material' ie shells / driftwood / bits of 'smoothed by the sea' glass

The photo looks like there was a heat haze ?

Can't think when I last had sand under my feet ... could be Bridlington on the Yorkshire coast, last century, probably

Your photos of flowers are a treat for the eyes

As someone who has a yard with pots of shrubs / small trees which are generally left to their own devices so-to-speak ... I really appreciate your great close-ups of colourful flowers

I don't know what a haar is

We have what are called sea frets along the Yorkshire coast say Bridlington, Filey, Hornsea, Scarborough ... can be roasting just a little way inland ... but ... at the actual seaside misty and somewhat cold.
