I did change it. On mobile still shows the 5s but on full site/laptop shows the Z3 and the Note4.

Yous gots to do it, for your own benefit really, the iPhone users will look down on you as you don't have a 6, and Android users will look down on you because you have 5 year old tech.
It's for your own benefit, it really is. I don't know you got a z3 and note 4, your sig says different, it's a really bad bit of code for forums not to auto identify the device and put a line in the sig.
