Word Hunt Diamond - Game 49

Welcome to the Word Hunt Diamond - Game 49

The game is open to all members.

Each week, a grid of nine letters in a diamond will be posted.

The aim of the game is to find the target number of words [as in the source used for the game] using only the letters in the grid.

This week`s "diamond" is as follows:

This week`s target is 68 words - using only the letters in the diamond - including one 9-letter word

The rules:

Each word must contain four letters or more and must include the red letter C.

No proper names are allowed.

Scottish words and American spellings are allowed.

Each letter in the grid can only be used once in each word [for example, CALL is not allowed].

Of course, words do not have to start with the red letter C

Only one word per post.

Please wait until someone else has posted before posting again.

I will endeavour to give regular updates on each page [so as to avoid scrolling back] of the words found and the number of words still to be found.

The Word Hunt Diamond game is open to all members.

Well done everyone for not only finding the 68 words in the list but additional 27 words not in the list including 14 words found after the last word was given.

Plus, you Diamond Dogs of Words have smashed the record and have solved this game in an amazing

2hrs 25mins !!!

The Word Hunt Diamond will be back next Tuesday - 2 March 2021 - with the 50th Word Hunt Diamond game.

To celebrate, there will be a new game, with a similar target but different set of letters and different red-letter and might be a little trickier to solve. I hope all the Diamond Dogs of Words, including those who missed out on today`s game, will join in next Tuesday.
