There are two White Room Quizzes each week - one on Monday and one on Wednesday.
Each White Room Quiz will have eight questions - with two questions from four categories.
The White Room Quiz is open to all members.
Those wishing to take part must pm me - @Mi-Amigo - with their answers between 12 noon today [Monday] and 11.59pm tomorrow [Tuesday]

Please note: there is no QI-style question in which the answer is not what most people think.
Some of the questions are rated as "easier", others as "not-so-easy".

- allowing 36 hours to pm your answers.
Please do not post your answers on the thread.
The answers - and results for each player taking part - will be posted on morning of Wed 21 October
Each member will be awarded for each correct answer. In addition, each member who gives
EIGHT correct answers SIX correct answers FOUR correct answers

THE RULES
Each member must pm [private message] their answers to me [Mi-Amigo] after 12 noon today [Mon 19 October 2020] and before 23.59 [11.59pm] tomorrow [Tues 20 October 2020].
No member is to post any answer on the thread.
Any answer received after 23.59 [11.59pm] on Tuesday 20 October will be declared void.
No googling, wiki, youtube search for answers.
The White Room Quiz is open to all members.
New members, who have recently joined the Community, and members who have not taken part before, are welcome to join the "regulars" with this week`s quiz.
Please feel free to post any comments on the questions - but not the answers - on this thread.
If you have any questions about the quiz, please ask and I will reply here.

I am that old I saw Queen support Mott the Hoople at Birmingham Town Hall in 1973.
Queen, a little known band at that time, gave an amazing performance and won over the audience with Freddie showing what a showman he was. I still remember Queen performing Keep Yourself Alive.

I like certain Queen records very much ... = ... the x-husband had the album Sheer Heart Attack
Rider Haggard was an educated guess ... always been interested in novels, but didn't read the book ... remember the film though with the stunningly beautiful Ursula Andress in
I played Puck at school but would not have known the answer to the question
The Monarch's official birthday one and who is the Queen's grandfather I knew
All the others were fun or not guesses

It`s always interesting how those taking part come up with the answers - whether it`s from memories, or an interest [particular band, sport, passtime], or even educated [or lucky] guesses. Thanks for sharing your answers to this quiz.
