Hi guys, happy Friday and almost-weekend smiling

I see loads of different member names here on the community, sometimes funny ones or strange ones too which are fun to spot. Smiley Very Happy I wonder where they originate from so would like to ask you all:

Where does your username come from?

Is there a story behind it, or is it simply your first name (or part of it), like mine? I know some of your stories from over the years but it would be lovely to hear more.

Thanks!

@MarjoNot sure if you know the story behind my username?

It's simply a combination of the names of my first two cats. Cleo and RiffRaff...(we were into the Rocky Horror Show when we named the last one Smiley Very Happy). We shortened his name to Riffy...

Sadly now no longer with us, but a nice way to remember them Heart

Hey @Cleoriff, that sounds familiar, we must have discussed this at some point in the past. What were they like? Heart

Coincidentally I'm actually wearing a Rocky Horror Show t-shirt today.

Cleo was black and 'queen of all she surveyed'.....No matter how many cats we got after her,  she was the boss of them all..Smiley Very Happy

Riffy was her brother. (we got him 3 weeks later 'to keep Cleo company') Yeah right!!

He was white and black with the weirdest markings all over his face. My husband said jokingly 'he was so ugly people would throw stones at him'.

Actually he was a lovely laid back boy....:smileywink:

Certainly to you my good man. There are a lot of new members though who would have no clue....
