Not bad but hardly fish and chips....cheaper though, around £2.00....

@jonsie that looks spectacular!!! Tell me, what kind of sauce is that? In my home town they grill the prawns with garlic and parsley but I imagine Thai style praws must come with some sort of chilly sauce?

Chilli and garlic, herbs and other spices. Trying to ask Mauy is a bit like asking the meaning of life. When I met her she could speak very little English, now she has learned a little Lancashire dialect and some very bad words...Most of them consisting of four letters but hey, at least we can now have a conversation without her asking for money and gold  she knows exactly what no means with the expression on my face....converse to that I'm fluent in very bad Thai words....I can now express myself in 5 languages. Not proud of that but heyho. ....
